Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using ENGITECHSOFT's services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using our services.

Services Description

ENGITECHSOFT is an authorized Adobe Creative Cloud reseller. We provide license sales, account management, technical support, and consulting services related to Adobe Creative Cloud products. All Adobe software and services are subject to Adobe's own terms and conditions.

License Terms

When you purchase Adobe Creative Cloud licenses through us:

• You must comply with Adobe's End User License Agreement (EULA)
• Licenses are non-transferable without prior written approval
• You are responsible for managing user access and compliance
• Subscription renewals are processed automatically unless cancelled
• Educational and non-profit pricing requires proof of eligibility

Payment Terms

All purchases are subject to the following payment terms:

• Payment is due at the time of purchase unless otherwise agreed in writing
• Prices are subject to change with 30 days notice
• All fees are non-refundable unless required by law
• Late payments may result in service suspension
• You are responsible for all applicable taxes

Cancellation and Refunds

Subscription cancellations must be requested in writing at least 30 days before the renewal date. Refunds are provided only in accordance with Adobe's refund policy and applicable consumer protection laws. Early termination of annual contracts may be subject to fees.

Support Services

We provide technical support as outlined in your service agreement. Support does not include training on Adobe software functionality (which is covered by Adobe), but does include license management, activation assistance, and account administration.

Limitation of Liability

ENGITECHSOFT shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services. Our total liability shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.

Intellectual Property

All Adobe software, trademarks, and intellectual property remain the property of Adobe Inc. Our website content, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is owned by ENGITECHSOFT and protected by copyright laws.

Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice, for any breach of these Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the services will immediately cease.

Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Washington State, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Seattle, Washington.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. We will provide notice of significant changes via email or website notification. Your continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
